Living in Rockridge we had frequently passed Stea Realty Group offices and based on its singular and refined appearance had the impression that it was a boutique/specialized real-estate brokerage that focused on unique and/or high-end properties. After speaking with Daniel Stea, we happily learned that what was unique was his approach to how he would market and sell our home. Daniel’s personal involvement in all interactions and communications with potential buyers, and his strong rapport with other Realtors, meant that when evaluating multiple offers we knew the bidders and were able to craft a successful counter-offer based on his reading of the specific market for our house. Most of all, working with Daniel to sell our house was fun! In Daniel we felt that we had a partner in the process; he listened to us and took our advice while at the same time personally managing every detail of the marketing and sale of our house. Daniel truly earned both our trust and his commission.
